Effective October 30, 2026. These terms apply when you use johnsonsautorepairca.com, including our appointment form, website chat, offer pages and blog. Johnson’s Auto Repair is operated by Autopilot Enterprises Inc (“we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. Repairs on your vehicle are also covered by the written estimate, authorization and invoice for that work.

Appointment requests

Sending a request through the website, the chat or our phone assistant does not book a time. Our team calls or texts you to confirm a day and time. Please give us a phone number and email address that are yours and correct, so we can reach you. If you need your vehicle looked at urgently, call us at (951) 445-8055 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Estimates and authorization

Before any work begins, we give you a written estimate. We don’t start work, or do work beyond what you approved, without your authorization. Any cost information on this website, in the chat or on the phone before we inspect your vehicle is not an estimate. Your written estimate is.

Warranty

Our repairs come with a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty. Your estimate and invoice describe the work it covers. If you think a repair we did isn’t right, contact us so we can look at it.

Online offers

From time to time we offer a discount for customers who request service through this website, such as 5% off total service with an offer code. Each offer says what it covers and when it ends; our current monthly offers end at 5 PM Pacific time on the last day of each month. To use an offer, include its code with your online request (the offer links add it for you). We may change or end an offer at any time.

Financing

Financing available, subject to credit approval.

Website chat and phone assistant

The chat on this website, and calls to our shop line that we can’t pick up, are answered by an automated assistant, not a person. It can share general car-care information, our hours and services, and take your request for our team. It can make mistakes. It doesn’t diagnose your vehicle, confirm appointment times or give estimates; our team does that. Calls to our phone line may be recorded. How we handle what you share is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Car care information

Articles, answers and tips on this website are general information. They aren’t a diagnosis of your vehicle and don’t replace an inspection. If your vehicle seems unsafe to drive, such as a brake warning, overheating or a flashing check engine light, stop driving it and call us or a tow service.

Using this website

Please use the website for its purpose: learning about our services and contacting us. Don’t send false requests, spam or sales pitches through our forms, chat or phone line, try to break or overload the website, or collect information from it with automated tools. We may block requests or numbers that misuse these channels.

Reviews and content

The reviews on this website are from our customers, posted on Google, SureCritic and Yelp. The text, photos and logos on this website belong to Johnson’s Auto Repair or are used with permission; please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking us. Vehicle brand names are used only to describe the makes we service and belong to their owners; we are an independent shop, not a dealer.

We link to other websites, such as Google Maps and review sites. We don’t control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
